Husband Dies Saving Wife From Joplin Tornado
Tornadoes have been tearing through the heart of America causing tremendous tragedy and devastation. One of the many heartbreaking stories comes from the recent twister that devastated Joplin earlier this week. Don Lansaw gave his life to protect and save his young wife, Bethany Lansaw, when the tornado tore through their house. What an amazing story of selfless love and devotion, the kind of love that God calls us to. "Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends." John 15:13 Bethany is a Christian and needs our prayers now more than ever. Please lift her and her family up to the One that can bring her peace, comfort and strength. Thank you Don for your amazing display of courage and love!

Woman Prays to Jesus During Violent Tornado in Joplin
Even though you can't see much, this chilling video really puts in perspective the level of horror the tornado victims had to endure. Rather than let fear paralyze her, one woman cried out to God during the terrifying ordeal. "Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. I will help you. I will uphold you with my victorious right hand." Isaiah 41:10 Please Pray for the Joplin tornado victims!
